How do I change what appears in ARIN's WHOIS for my IP block?

ARIN policy requires your contact information to be listed in their WHOIS database if you hold an IP block of /29 or larger. We submit this information from your account details.

To update what appears in ARIN’s WHOIS:

  1. In Phoenix, go to Account > Details and update your account name and address.
  2. Save your changes.
  3. Open a support ticket and ask us to resubmit your information to ARIN via SWIP.
