Do you pro-rate charges for services added or removed?

Yes, for all services that are billed on an hourly basis (these show up with a Billing Mode of On-Demand). By the very nature of hourly billing, you’re only billed for the hours that the service was provisioned (that is, from its creation date, up to the time it is destroyed).

But for services with a Billing Mode of Reserved, the block of time billed is either Monthly, Semi-Annual, or Annual. If you cancel these services before the end of the billing cycle, we do not provide refunds for unused time.
